In addition to her role at C-YourCulture, Claudia serves as the Chairwoman of the Future Talent Council, where she works to shape the global conversation around talent development and future workforce trends. Formerly, she was the Chairwoman of Universum’s Strategic Board, where she spent over 25 years leading innovative employer branding and strategy projects. Her expertise has supported leadership teams at many of the world’s most renowned companies, including Accenture, Apple, BCG, Campari, Citibank, Coca-Cola, Emirates, Exxon, EY, Facebook, FedEx, Goldman Sachs, Google, H&M, IBM, JP Morgan, Lamborghini, L’Oreal, Mondelez, P&G, SAP, Siemens, Takeda, Unilever, United Nations, Versace, and YSL.

Richard Mosley
Managing Partner of C-YourCulture
Richard has over 25 years experience in brand management and HR consulting at WPP, Radancy and Universum (working with Claudia).

Richard has led employer brand and value proposition projects for many leading international companies including BP, Coca-Cola, GSK, Gucci, H&M, McKinsey, PepsiCo, SAP, UBS, Unilever, Vacheron Constantin and Zegna. This has included employer brand strategies for both the EU and UN. He has particularly strong recent experience in the Middle East, major projects for DP World, du Telecom, FAB, Majid Al Futtaim and Masdar in the UAE and SITE in Saudi Arabia.

Richard wrote the first book to be published on the subject: ‘The Employer Brand’ (2005), followed by ‘Employer Brand Management’ (2014), and ‘Employer Branding for Dummies’ (2017) and is currently working on his next book which also aims to tackle how AI looks set to transform employer branding and culture change.

His work appears regularly in leading business newspapers and journals including Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and Times of India.
